Medical Mindfulness in Practice- RACGP accredited program-Online
Our fully accredited RACGP program (MO: 17.5, EA: 7.5, RP: 7) is designed by GPs for GPs. This flexible, self-paced course introduces foundational mindfulness techniques and conscious breathing practices through short lessons that are easy to integrate into your day. Evidence-based and practical, the program supports your personal wellbeing first—helping you manage stress, improve focus, and bring greater presence into both your practice and your life.
An Introduction to Mindfulness-Free Course-Online
A free 5-day introduction to mindfulness, designed to help you slow down and feel more grounded. You’ll explore conscious breathing, breath-and-body awareness, and cultivating goodwill—supported by guided video and audio. Simple, practical, and easy to begin.
