  • Recommendation: Works best alongside the Online Wellness Program.
The Wellness Program – Online Mindfulness Training
Our core offering: a comprehensive 12-month online program that combines mindfulness fundamentals, guided video and audio meditations, live sessions, and practical tools for stress management and productivity.

  • Ideal for: Individuals and organisations wanting flexible, scalable mindfulness training.
Medical Mindfulness in Practice- RACGP accredited program
Our fully accredited RACGP program (MO: 17.5, EA: 7.5, RP: 7) is designed by GPs for GPs. This flexible, self-paced course introduces foundational mindfulness techniques and conscious breathing practices through short lessons that are easy to integrate into your day. Evidence-based and practical, the program supports your personal wellbeing first—helping you manage stress, improve focus, and bring greater presence into both your practice and your life.
An Introduction to Mindfulness-Free Course
A 12-day journey designed to introduce you to the benefits of mindfulness. You’ll explore activities like conscious breathing, cultivating awareness of your breath and body, and fostering goodwill. The program also includes a video showcasing the latest scientific insights on mindfulness.
