Programs for GPs
We’re proud to offer RACGP-accredited mindfulness training created by GPs for busy GPs—so you can support your own wellbeing, earn CPD hours, and confidently pass practical tools on to patients.
Mindfulness for General Practice
An introductory course:
A practical 5-day introduction to mindfulness for busy GPs. This short course offers simple, guided video and audio practices—including conscious breathing, body awareness, and cultivating empathy and compassion—to help reduce stress, improve focus, and build greater calm and presence in both work and daily life.
Medical Mindfulness in Practice- RACGP accredited program
The complete course:
Our fully accredited RACGP program (MO: 17.5, EA: 7.5, RP: 7) is designed by GPs for GPs. This flexible, self-paced course introduces foundational mindfulness techniques and conscious breathing practices through short lessons that are easy to integrate into your day. Evidence-based and practical, the program supports your personal wellbeing first—helping you manage stress, improve focus, and bring greater presence into both your practice and your life.
Part 1: Medical Mindfulness in Practice- RACGP accredited program
Designed by GPs for GPs, MMIP Part 1 is a flexible, self-paced course that introduces foundational mindfulness and conscious breathing practices through short, practical lessons that fit easily into your day. Evidence-based and accessible, it supports your personal wellbeing while also equipping you with practical skills you may later draw on in patient care. On completion of Part 1, you’ll have the option to enrol in Part 2, which provides the full complement of MO points (17.5 hours) and further supports you to bring this work into your patient education.
Part 2: Medical Mindfulness in Practice- RACGP accredited program
Complete the MO component
MMIP Part 2 is for GPs who have completed Part 1 and are ready to bring this work into patient care. This RACGP-accredited course provides the full complement of MO points (17.5 hours) and supports you to apply mindfulness and conscious breathing practices with selected patients in a structured, practical way. It’s designed to help you translate what you’ve learnt into meaningful clinical application and patient education.

At Present Sense, we offer a combination of face-to-face, virtual, and online programs designed to support individual wellbeing and organisational culture. Whether you’re looking to introduce mindfulness to your team or engage in a comprehensive wellness journey, our programs are flexible, practical, and evidence-based.

Wellbeing Through Mindfulness – Introductory Session-Live
A live session (in-person where practical or virtual) that introduces mindfulness concepts, sets goals, and engages participants in the power of mindfulness.
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Ideal for: Teams looking to begin their mindfulness journey
  • Recommendation: Pairs well with the The Mindful Journey or the Online Wellness Program .
The Mindful Journey – Ongoing Group Support-Live
A series of face-to-face group sessions tailored to your organisation. These sessions build community, deepen practice, and sustain engagement with the wellness program.
  • Format: 6-session series. Flexible Session Options – built to fit around employee commitments.
  • Ideal for: Teams wanting structured, continuous support
  • Recommendation: Works best alongside the Online Wellness Program.
The Wellness Program – Mindfulness Training-Online
Our core offering: a comprehensive online program that combines mindfulness fundamentals, guided video and audio meditations, live sessions, and practical tools for stress management and productivity.

An Introduction to Mindfulness-Online
A 5-day introduction to mindfulness, designed to help you slow down and feel more grounded. You’ll explore conscious breathing, breath-and-body awareness, and cultivating goodwill—supported by guided video and audio. Simple, practical, and easy to begin.
Bundle Options
Our programs can be combined for maximum impact—for example, starting with a live introductory session, followed by The Mindful Journey group series, and supported by our 12-month Wellness Program.
