Self-paced with a suggested timeframe. The skill is mindfulness and conscious breathing — taught using the See One, Do One, Teach One framework you know from clinical training.

Foundation Self-assessment + personalised plan 4 steps
Brief self-assessment, identifying challenges in your practice, concise reading on the science, and a personalised intervention plan. Audio library available from day one.
Phase 1 See One, Do One — your personal practice 5 modules · EA + RP
Five short modules covering conscious breathing techniques (diaphragmatic, box breath, 4-7-8), introspection, and meditation. 5–10 minutes a day. Video and audio formats. Live 30-minute peer webinar included.
Phase 2 + 3 Teach One — patient delivery + reporting 17.5 MO hours
Deliver brief mindfulness interventions to up to five patients with structured scripts and reporting templates. Document outcomes as you go — your MO hours earned through real clinical work.
